IngesT Validation Policy

The official validation standard for clinics, physicians and the orientation algorithm

Version: v1.0  |  Published: April 7, 2026  |  [RO]

The IngesT Validation Policy defines the official validation standard applied to clinics, physicians and the medical orientation algorithm within the IngesT ecosystem.

This policy establishes the 3 certification levels, the onboarding process, evaluation criteria and public verification mechanisms.

English is the canonical language of IngesT Standards. The Romanian version is a translation — the English version prevails in case of interpretation differences.

The 3 Certification Levels

Level 1 — Listed

The clinic is listed in the IngesT network. Basic information has been verified.

Level 2 — Verified

The clinic has completed the full onboarding process and complies with medical orientation standards.

Level 3 — Partner

The clinic is an active partner, integrated into the orientation flow and preferentially recommended.

Onboarding Process

  1. 1The clinic or physician applies for certification
  2. 2The IngesT team verifies information and documentation
  3. 3Evaluation against Validation Policy v1.0 criteria
  4. 4Issuance of digital certificate and publication in the network
  5. 5Continuous monitoring and periodic revalidation

Public Verification
